Terms of Service

Information on this site
The content on this website is general information about plumbing. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your home. Every house is different, and a plumber must see the problem to give an accurate diagnosis.
We try to keep the information correct, but we cannot promise that it is complete or current. Laws, permit rules and utility policies change, so check with the City of Bothell, your utility and the Washington Department of Labor and Industries for your situation.
Emergencies
If you smell gas or there is a danger to life, leave the building and call 911. Do not use this website as your only source of emergency instructions. Call a licensed plumber and your utility.
Pricing and work
Prices for work are agreed by phone or on site before work starts. We do not begin work until you approve the price. A price quoted for one job does not apply to another. The final scope may change if we find a condition that was not visible at the start, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Any warranty on work is described when we agree to the job.
Links and third parties
This site includes an embedded map from Google and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Bothell Pro Plumbing is not liable for losses from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under Washington law for work we perform.
