How we price plumbing work
Every job starts with a conversation and, where possible, a look at the problem. You hear a clear price before work starts, and we do not begin until you say yes. We do not quote complex jobs sight unseen, because the cause decides the cost.
What moves the price is usually the same few things: access to the pipe, the cause of the failure, the parts needed and whether the work is an emergency after hours. Each service page lists its own factors so you know what to expect before you call. The work itself follows the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) as adopted in Washington under WAC 51-56.
Emergency and planned work
Thirteen of these services have emergency response, which means you can call at any hour. The rest, such as repiping, plumbing installation and sewer inspection, are scheduled, and same-day appointments are available when we have openings.
